Pros
Nice people to work with which make the job even more enjoyable Opportunities to progress and Discounts and a Share Scheme which is really good
Cons
Decent people leaving and ability to replace with new people hasn't been great. Pressure to meet targets in a soft market which are borderline unattainable. Micro-management beginning to show. Work load can be tough to manage at times, if you are capable you end up with tons of work. Office is too small.
