used to be a good place to work - not anymore
Cons
1. It's a sinking ship, and management is trying to fix holes with duct tape. 2. Quarterly Layoff is a normal thing - you have a project, you stay, or else you are kicked out. 3. Not a consulting firm anymore - more of a recruitment agency, You are here till you have a project (customer billing) else you're out. 4. A deck with 500 or even 10000 slides won't fix the problems; they need to understand the market trend. 5. If you have options, don't join Avanade—they might hire you as an architect but sell you as a system admin.
