Pros
The company itself offers some pretty good benefits - flex pay, mobile phone allowance, parking allowance, gives you option to buy Accenture stocks at 15% discount, etc. and the work culture within Avanade itself is awesome. People are generally very helpful and want to support each other.
Cons
Because it is mainly a consulting company, you will spend most of your time with clients that most of the time would want to squeeze every penny that that they pay to Avanade, work life balance can be quite taxing. You can let your career advisor (Avanade) know, they might be able to switch you to a different project, or not. The cons mainly come from client side and not Avanade side.
