Pros
Great earnings when you make or slightly beat plan. Very good market position within the MSFT ecosystem. Lots of talented team members and resources to bring to clients, and beat competitors.
Cons
First 6-12 months of sales here is tough, the learning curve is very steep for those that are new to services sales. Expensive until you understand how to structure the value for clients, and still will need to put alot of effort into managing pricing. Lots of approvals.
