Pros
1. The internal and external training opportunities are great. We are second to only one other company in this area. 2. Smart people and things get done. There's not a lot of red tape. 3. People are empowered and communication is good. 4. We've been named by consulting magazine a best company to work for
Cons
1. The Work/Life balance could be a lot better here. A minimum of 55 hours/week is expected of us and most put in much more than that. 2. Compensation could be better 3. The way we are rated against each other to determine advancement 4. Our attrition numbers are down but it could still get a lot better.
