Good training program (but you may never use these acquired skills) Good company parties If you have no direction on you're career path, this is a good place to figure things out Good place to start a career (very bad if you want to mature here) Nice culture (also used as a front to coerce you into doing things you don't want to - look at studies on the subject on Google scholar) Consistently ranked top companies to work for (almost every company this size claims so)
Cons
There aren't enough projects You are hired as an ERP consultant but you will end up doing everything else but ERP, presentations you do not want to do, on topics you're not interested in just to occupy your time You are just a revenue generating resource. If you are not taking projects because there aren't any, you can forget about promotions and raises. Hence you end up accepting projects that are not your thing at all. After a while since you haven't done ERP, you end up losing confidence in your core competencies It's a trap!
