If you prove yourself and drive your career, Avanade will take risk and let you accelerate quickly. Ability to move around company Internationally with ease. Great training and access to Avanade and Accenture resources. If you are in consulting, you are the product and are treated well. World class training.
Cons
Not for people who want an "8 hour day" career. Must be self driven to progress. High chance of travel if not located in a client area. Many times sub to Accenture. Moderate pay to other consulting companies.
