Pros
Joined Avanade on 2012 and in my personal experience, this was a wonderful place to work, lot of support from managers, trainings, social events, etc. Don't know what happed but the company fall into a kind of dark ages and even when management tried several plans to stabilize, seems that nothing worked at the end. Left the company in 2025 victim of a RIF. Yet I'm grateful for the time I spent there and all the experience and knowledge I gathered during my time with them.
Cons
On the last year nothing seemed to work for the company, they let go lot of people. I think the company has to reinvent itself again and return to the old golden age.
