      Pros

      Helpful teammates and coworkers. The HR was great at getting me all setup when I first started. More experienced Co-workers were always making time to meet with new joiners to help them with getting their environment set up (code wise), even if it was after hours. Job was also completely remote.

      Cons

      None really, besides maybe having teammates all across the world, making it tough to meet sometimes due to time zones.

      Remote, well paying, relaxed and uncompetitive environment that helps foster learning and growth while still maintaining high standards of quality for delivery

      Cons

      No raises, bonus often cut down due to KPIs not met, uncertainty with client relationships, mergers affecting overall employee staffing strategy
