Honest opinion - Onsite Support Technician Atos Employee Review

Does not seem or feel like employees are valued and compensated as such. Radical changes significantly impact operations, employees are stretched thin due to absorbing new responsibilities in such a volatile rate with little to no guidance or communication. It begins to feel like a numbers game and opportunities for growth within the department or other teams are limited as the the opportunities no longer exist or get filled else where.
