Got to experience working from home full time.
Cons
The CFO is rude and very disrespectful to all employees and not a team player. Maybe a good CFO but definitely not a leader. Low to no pay increases regardless of great performance reviews. Company keeps firing people and outsourcing most finance positions in India.
