      Pros

      Good Location - central London next to many shops and restaurants. Nice flexibility depending on what team you're in. Nice office - modern.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity - for a company that talks about diversity so much it really isn't diverse in gender or race. Very political and I'm talking government political - very right leaning company and people. White male dominated culture.

      Remote, well paying, relaxed and uncompetitive environment that helps foster learning and growth while still maintaining high standards of quality for delivery

      Cons

      No raises, bonus often cut down due to KPIs not met, uncertainty with client relationships, mergers affecting overall employee staffing strategy
