Pros
Starting vacation time is better than average though it has recently been reduced some. A lot of good people work for Atos NA.
Cons
The bureaucracy is mind numbing. The emphasis is always on quantity and not quality - meeting the SLA is always FAR more important than actually resolving an issue. If you are a good schmoozer you should go far. Layoffs are plentiful - replacing seasoned personnel with untrained cheap labor.
