      Pros

      Excellent place to get a crash course in working with a client that can't define business cases, requirements, and expects everything for free. If you can survive here you will learn alot and can pretty much survive anywhere else.

      Cons

      Management doesn't pay uou what you are worth. They make promises and then low ball you. No work/life balance and quick burn out. Looked at as being easily replaceable.

      Remote, well paying, relaxed and uncompetitive environment that helps foster learning and growth while still maintaining high standards of quality for delivery

      Cons

      No raises, bonus often cut down due to KPIs not met, uncertainty with client relationships, mergers affecting overall employee staffing strategy
