      It's a big company with many opportunities to evolve even go abroad. If you work in a big agency, you have plenty of interesting projects using advanced technologies to work for.

      Cons

      A lot of outsourcing, if you want to be a software developer, it is becoming more and more difficult because the development realized in the agencies is outsourced to others countries.
