      Pros

      Meet great people, amazing graduate programme. Lots of opportunity to work independently. You get to own things almost from the word go. Almost all roles give you client exposure and senior management is more than happy for you to get stuck in at a very junior level

      Cons

      At graduate level you’re paid market value after that it is difficult to get a good salary unless you really fight for it and have a great manager. Salary isn’t market rate after graduate scheme Disappointing service provided to some clients Government contracts are won more so, if you’re looking to work on private sector clients Atos is not for you

      No raises, bonus often cut down due to KPIs not met, uncertainty with client relationships, mergers affecting overall employee staffing strategy
