Pros
1. Atos has a very standard MNC culture. 2. Every person will get standard hikes. 3. You will learn a lot if you closely work with smart people. 4. People who want to settle down in one company and stick to it, then this is the one.
Cons
1. You will never be paid what the standard market rate is. 2. The support staff(HR, Admin) will act like they are the boss and employees are treated as junk. No action will be taken if you place a complaint. 3. A project manager had repeatedly requested that there are cockroaches roaming in her cubicle. Even after writing to the admin, nothing happened. She took an internal transfer to another nearby branch which was 15 mins from that office. But that issue was not resolved even after that. 4. The last hike I received in Atos was just 1% which came down to Rs.49/- (after working for 2 years) 5. Atos HR have so much ego that they will never respond to your requests even after repeated reminders. Just include your manager or some higher authority and things start moving. 6. Atos has an internal social media site called Bluekiwi on which someone had posted regarding the delay in Variable Pay and that post had got too many likes and comments, The HR team got the post deleted. I had a screenshot of the same which I posted on Bluekiwi. 7. Drop facility is provided only to ladies and also a security guard accompanies them, Men are not provided this even if they are working on insistence of managers. Ladies don't even need manager approval for this.(Then, why should we have the Gender Equality policies????)
