      Pros

      If working in the management or on internal development missions can offer a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      For consultancy missions the career opportunities are low. The salary is often under the average of the region. As an external consultant it is very hard to get any training.

      Treats employees fairly, good benefits, and a competitive salary

      Cons

      Atos has had some lean years, and there were times we worried about layoffs. Additionally, if contracts end, they may terminate the employment of these employees.
