      Decent Benefits Good Training prospects (but you have to do the leg work) Opportunities to work abroad Lots of established projects that have been running for years

      No new business coming through The management is stale, key positions are held by die hard individuals who've held on to their position for 15+ years Not enough competence with modern methodologies and technologies
