Pros
Flexible with work from home. When sick normally they wait you to recover to come back. Managers are laid back. Trainings yearly seem to happen specially language ones.
Cons
Loads of politics. Promotions happen based on connections rather than merit. Loads of gossips between management and whoever gossips first ot the boss wins him or her against anyone. The favourites of the managers get sent to do trainings. People sometimes are fired unfairly. The turn over is huge so you get new people coming in all the time. Not much of a career path internally. Most jobs are from other centres and you will have a local boss and a boss in another country and pleasing both can be very hard. Lies from management regarding resons they cant raise your salary. It i slike a kindergarten when dealing with management. No management skills. Use to be a great company five years ago but now it is not even making to the top five companies in the company as great place to work.
