Nice people is the only good thing I can say - Business Consultant Atos Employee Review

Bad decisions from previous global leads have left company in a tough spot. Lack of projects, many people on the bench. Training budget has been tight for the last 3 years. No pay rises in at least 4 years or more despite yearly 'salary reviews'. Company has always been stingy when it comes to spending on people i.e, no proper Christmas parties/dinners, no nice team retreats, not even free drinks at the bar. These little things would bring community spirit and make people feel appreciated.
