More often than not, AstraZeneca lives up to its values. There is a strong culture of collaboration and respect for different ideas.
Cons
The pharmaceutical market is undergoing dramatic change and the future is uncertain. Large pharmaceutical companies must change to address new market pressures. This might not really be a "con" for the right person.
