Pros
Pay was good, and had good overall beefits such as health, vision and dental. Bonus werent bad , but sometimes hard to get a good one if companys sets your territory goal too high.
Cons
Territory goals set too high at times. Also mgmt really doesnt know whats going on in the field. Just expect you to do what they say and get results somehow.
