Pros
Great company to work if you have not previous pharma experience. The company offers a really good training and its reputation with healthcare providers is very good in general, despite the overwhelming number of reps calling on them.
Cons
Super conservative company that seems to be afraid to take the lead even though they have some of the best drugs out there. "If the speed limit is 70 mph, they like to go at 55 mph" quote from one of the company speakers. Life/work balance it's a joke. Oh, watch out speaking your mind.
