Great company culture but poor leadership direction - Anonymous employee AstraZeneca Employee Review

Its SAP Analytics program(Axial) is lead by old timer IJP AZ employees who has no idea what is going on at the ground level. Absolutely not able to provide any direction.Leadership is so egoistic that team members don’t raise any concerns to them to avoid offending them and its infected with regionalism.
