Cons
The senior manager has a 1950s style of management and rarely enters into dialogue with staff. If their main client in Sophia has budget cuts, then you will be mobbed, demoralised and generally persuaded to quit by Astek management They do not reward ongoing loyalty and staff must rely upon their own networking skills to obtain new contract missions at Amadeus. The commercial sales staff know very little about the client and even less about their own staff's capabilities. When it is time to cut budgets, they use very questionable practices to persuade people to leave rather than obtain their legally obliged pay off. Also, thanks to their bad treatment of staff and other commercial issues they are not a preferred supplier in many parts of Amadeus IT Group, the only major client in the region.
