Pros
Excellent mix of engineering skills and variable work packages in some cases, reasonable for contractors.
Cons
Poor strategy and senior management lack of engagement. Poor contracts/salary/package with no development training. Staff thought of less than contractors with no development opportunities for key staff. Progression/package improvement only offered if threatened by leaving the business. Not an investor in people but margin and seniors bonuses focused! Shame as could be really prosperous for all stakeholders.
