Pros
Benefits including free lunch, health insurance, trip of a lifetime. My supervisor and the manager are both the sweetest women in this company.
Cons
The company did not handle the pandemic well at all. We had the capability to work from home and in the beginning HR was staying strong about not letting that happen. They did finally send us home. Even now, with covid being worse, they give you a hard time about working from home and say things like we have the fancy air purifier systems and everyone is wearing masks so we will be safe yet they continue to be pushy on getting the vaccine. They mandated the vaccine for all guests and visitors visiting our facilities and are keeping us all hanging on whether or not it will be the same for employees. Raises are not great. You get the highest score in each section and still only walk away from the review with a 55 cent raise. It always seems short staffed so you feel over worked. You just don't feel appreciated around here. It's all about the money you're helping go into the higher up and CEO'S pockets. Since I started almost 5 years ago, a lot has gone down hill. My first 2 years here were great but it seems everyone has lost their motivation and it's all about making everyone else happy. There is some favoritism. The people that have been here longest don't work as hard and there are no consequences. Even when you mention things to a supervisor, it gets swept under the rug.
