Horrible! - Anonymous employee Arthrex Employee Review

If you're a creative thinker do not work at Arthrex! There are so many rules that only a robot can perform there. Everyone who worked in my department was sloppy, overweight and lazy, including management. Their appearance was shocking to me! Arthrex punishes their employees that are overweight or smokers by charging them a higher insurance premium. The departments don't communicate well with on another. The atmosphere reminds me of the movie Coma at first glance.
