Very supportive, engaging management. The company/department provides what's needed to do the job and encourages growth/development. Timelines for projects are typically appropriate, and staying late is a rarity. The health insurance and benefits are fantastic - I've never had anything close at previous jobs. The founder/president has the employee's best interests in mind and I'm genuinely happy to be working for a company like this. I enjoy contributing to the betterment of patients’ lives and making a difference.
