      Pros

      The jobs are mostly fully remote and if you are willing to put in long hours on your computer and put yourself out there on virtual meetings you can gain exposure and build your reputation in this virtual world.

      Cons

      Arcadis will intentionally lowball salary, aiming to offer the lowest salary you will consider and don't give into a signing bonus, that isn't annual salary. Once you start at Arcadis you will be forced to aim to hit a very high billability utilization and opportunities to work on interesting work must be taken on in addition to your standard role. The fully remote work can seem attractive but there is a culture of always being online so instead of the time used commuting pre-covid it will be spent online late into the evening. PTO also isn't great and you start at 0 days and build from that.
