      Pros

      Great people. Lots of intelligent professionals and technical experts on the cutting edge of innovation.

      Cons

      Leadership is poor, both in operations and corporate. There is a basic lack of direction as everyone, including supervision/management is too busy trying to remain billable so they don't have time to act as true supervisors/leaders. Also, corporate departments, from IT to HR seem to experience a higher than norm turnover and there is no consistency of service across the board.

      None really. Could use better pay consistencies and recognition of those who do well and are rewarded as such.
