Pros

Opportunities to get involved in challenging projects and learn on the job. Lovely colleagues

Cons

3 CEOs, 4 CPOs and 2 CFOs in 4 years. It is becoming chaotic, with big layoffs which appear to be more political rather than strategic. Company wants a greater focus on performance yet does not even take seriously objective setting. Internal processes and governance are appalling. I used to absolutely love working here but lately feels more like the hunger games. Not the right moment to join.
