      Pros

      Arcadis is a European company, so it follows a people-first culture and offers good work-life balance. There is scope for learning and improving skills. The office provides daily food coupons, which is a nice benefit. The office setup is modern and comfortable.

      Cons

      Decision-making power is mostly with the line manager. If the manager is not supportive, it can be difficult for an employee. Salary hikes are very low. There are limited opportunities for software engineers to switch projects since Arcadis is not a pure IT company. The management mostly has a core engineering mindset, so there is less focus on IT innovation, automation, or software-driven projects.
