      Pros

      No real politics in the team. Easy going attitude of most people managers. People take long breaks without the fear of being in trouble.

      Cons

      Lesser than market pay. Starting salary for inexperienced employees has not increased since Aon Bangalore office was formed. Strict HR policies are a turnoff and it seems that US Pension managers follow these policies more than other teams.

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
