Pros
Manager is great. HUGE company so it seems you are working on an island at times. I was able to keep my job and work from another office when my family moved... that flexibility is priceless
Cons
You have to be your own advocate. Easy to get lost in the gears. Reach out to contacts to network. Raises are minimal so you need to sell yourself and prove value. Normal major corporate complaints abound.
