      Pros

      Great benefits. Very large Corp. Business teams are very strong and are offering very solid products to customers!

      Cons

      Aon is known for continuous change but be very weary to joining IT at this time. The most prevelant struggling team is the core infrastructure group and PMO. I've seen several great folks moving out of there quickly. Re-orgs are almost quartly and promotions seem very political. Roles within the business IT seem to be more secure and forward looking.

      They allow you to learn and absorb content Coworkers are friendly Decent job out of college

      Cons

      • work can either be too boring or too busy • they add you into teams without letting you know • a lot moving parts leaving us uncertain about our position. • performance metrics sometimes feel difficult to maintain, especially during slower periods when there isn’t enough work available
