Pros
The work isn't challenging at all (if that's your thing - wasn't for me). The hours were pretty minimal. The brand is respected when searching for other roles.
Cons
The pay is below competitive for the market. The environment is highly political. Nobody does any real work, every role is basically a secretary role for the person above you. You're not empowered to make any decisions. The company is very poorly managed. Market share continues to shrink and nobody in management has the guts to take a stand or try to grow the company. Just look at the executive talent, clearly B or C talent compared to the rest of the industry. The company is basically a zombie company.
