Pros

Before covid the workload was managable and you could leave early. If you have zero talent, you're fine.

Cons

Making high sales gets you zero reprieve, and they will just expect more and more. If your numbers ever drop despite being better than your team, they'll make it seem like you're the one slacking. Because of covid and cancellations and everything else the government does, the job is incredibly busy. It is nonstop calls from 10am to 9pm. Seriously, nonstop. They will badger you if you spend a minimum of 1 minute longer on your breaks or sign in late by 1 minute. They live in this delusional world where their job is so great and so fun but everyone can't wait to leave. Teammates will sabotage you with responsibilities so they can leave when scheduled. They had manual overtime for several months and likely still do. I left every day mentally exhausted/numb. I never felt challenged, appreciated or inspired. The workforce is very diverse, so long as you define diverse as female. Way too many responsibilities. Calls are incessant and every booking you make you have to babysit every day and make sure there aren't issues from the vendor. It's entirely too much work and if they aren't robbing you of your bonuses by writing you up for non-customer-related-things, the money you do get is not worth it. If you don't need money you can't tell them you need a break. You'll be worked until you snap and then they'll blame you.

Pros

- Complimentary lunch and starbucks everyday - On-site clinic for basic check ups - Hybrid

Cons

you will be taking phone calls every minute of the day. There will come a time where you feel like at the bottom of the world. You will ask yourself "is my role in life to help people reset their password online and assist them in logging in?" You cannot use the bathroom whenever you want, they have time coding that if you "abuse" them you will be flagged and subject to discipline. You have to give world class service but at the same time rush them off the phone or else you are not getting paid a good bonus. You will quickly find yourself gasping for air and time to relax when you take 50+ calls a day , you will feel drained. When is finally time to move up there is a high chance you will be paid less than you're current role as there are no bonuses in higher roles.
