Pros

Great benefits and a lot of resources on-site like cafeteria, nurse practitioner, etc. Everyone is nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

While nice, some manager styles are not ideal resulting in training that isn't successful. Contradicting or completely false information from different coaches and an inability to fight to keep employees they say have great promise but aren't meeting goals because of a lack of support or accurate information. They have a style of training that may be improving, but up to now has not been successful since only 60% of one specific class actually gets out of training and stays with the company.

Pros

They have fantastic pay for the position you're in, and they teach you interesting and engaging utility of modern technology mixed with legacy fundamentals. I've learned quite a bit while AmEx while getting paid more than fairly - I'd recommend a stretch here to whomever may be reading this!

Cons

The Company is huge, and at times it may take more than a little time to get recognized for your abilities and the growth you've had. There's a reason there is a "only way up is out" reputation exists for some enterprise companies...
