Cons
- too many Indian people. They destroy the culture of the company. Amex even promotes them to leadership positions where they are allowed to lead other people. They come from India (cheap labor) where women are not respected and have problems adapting to the western culture. Don't consider employment at American Express if you are a woman as the Indian men will do whatever it takes to ensure you won't have a career. - sexual harassment cases by non-western men are excused and the victims are asked to leave the firm while the leaders can stay.
