Expected enployees from lower ladder to complete iGrow requiremens. For what? Some of us doesn’t know our way around websites or even computers. This feels like HR job or supervisor’s job. There should be additional training and pay if you want us to do other people’s job. Not a good environment to work for...constantly, people are thretened by either fellow employees or by management that they’re gonna lose their jobs.
