Good company for a couple years - Information Technology Airbus Employee Review

No career progression/growth, there are no plans defined for this. Is not clear how salaries are defined for each job position/family. Salaries could be better No bonuses, the only one is depending on the "company's success" Payment could be better, forget about getting some salary increase/review mid-year, HR will not do it.
