Great benefits, learned a lot, made friends for life, if you fight hard enough you move up fast
Cons
Salary is way too low for what is asked and or expected of you. Hours are crazy if you are not used to airlines' unexpected last min surprises. some management are way too overbearing. hard t work sometimes.
