Pros

- Strong branding across industry - Competent boss - Friendly colleagues - Little/no drama or politics - Turnover rate is abnormally high, lots of opportunities for work.

Cons

- Work life balance is non-existent. Don't come here if you are attached/married. - Quality culture requires stark improvements - Focusing on quick wins to solutions, always firefighting and never having time to implement solutions - Forces 2 ideas per month for each employee. It shows how much quantity is placed over quality of an idea just to have nice metrics. - Management will never give tangible benefits like birthday off or excellence monetary rewards or WFH. Like I said, too much focus on cost savings and time is money.
