Pros

Great name recognition, perceived leader in space

Cons

Such a financially driven company all you do is spend your time putting out fire drills and then forecasting an reforecasting the business. This company defines "having a call before the call before the call." Hyper-focus on the Latest Best Estimate (LBE) and then revising LBE 6x in a quarter with numerous calls. Morale and culture are always fatigue even when the business unit is over-performing becuase you have to "make up" for the latest baby food recall situation (as an example) to keep the whole company afloat. Reps were selling more thatn ever and making less than ever ... then they had signifciant layoffs as they over-hired during COVID and sold a ton and then laid everyone off. Poor planning and disregard for the team.
