      Benefits, nothing important to add

      Cons

      Superiors are bad at communication often lead to doing reports twice. Intra-departmental communications are horrible. Superiors falsely claim workers not having any initiative nor will to learn other tasks but no directions from the said Supervisor for such a thing at all

      Great exereicen with experimented professionals who knew how to lead the way and teach me how their daily operations were conducted.

      Cons

      I wish they would have given me more responsibilites but given the duration of my contract, time was too constraining.
