      Pros

      The work Life balance is very good, with hybrid/work from home recommended and highly flexible (must be present 2 days on site per week, so up to 3 days of remote working if wished). Many health advantages, very good health insurance, Interessement and participation, plan to buy preferred shares at a discount.

      Cons

      Not as well paid as other companies in the same sector (though it is okay).

      Pros

      Great exereicen with experimented professionals who knew how to lead the way and teach me how their daily operations were conducted.

      Cons

      I wish they would have given me more responsibilites but given the duration of my contract, time was too constraining.
