      Some people are great Benefits are great Culture is good, cons ignored

      It's not what you know but who you know If you are liked you will succeed It's all about me me me when you have a 121 with your mananagwr They don't listen So many people off with stress A lot of people talking about each other and back stabbing. The union cause a lot of problems and don't have best interests at heart just out to cause trouble The directors decide what we do and we just have to follow, no collaboration

      Great exereicen with experimented professionals who knew how to lead the way and teach me how their daily operations were conducted.

      Cons

      I wish they would have given me more responsibilites but given the duration of my contract, time was too constraining.
