Pros
There was a lot of issues in terms of structuring and hierarchy. But a good place to go if you thrive in uncertainty and chaos and want to bring order. Good place to take more and more responsibilities and grow.
Cons
You tend to be pushed at every possible kind of work from project management to product management and even development. Sometimes there aren't clear boundaries. So be careful and clarify the kind of tasks you are going to be assigned to before joining. Also people tend to leave the company quickly in a year or two so it is very difficult to understand context and history of situations.
